Shipping and Returns
Why do only some sinks ship free?
Most of our sinks ship free via ground shipping. However some require a bit of extra care and need to ship on a pallet via freight carrier.
Do you deliver outside of the USA?
Yes! We ship worldwide! for an accurate shipping rate please contact us
Can I expedite my orders shipping?
Depending on the items you've ordered you may be able to expedite your shipping. Some of our sinks ship on a pallet via freight carrier, and cannot be expedited. For specific details, please contact us.
Can I return my sink if I don’t like it?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it at your cost. Please note that we have a 30% restocking fee on returns. We highly recommend reading the Concrete Characteristics page to make sure you are comfortable with the products you are purchasing.
Can I exchange my sink for a different size?
Yes, you may exchange your sink for a different size at your cost if the one you purchased is not suitable for your space. We highly recommend measuring your space and referencing our spec sheets to make sure the sinks will fit it your space prior to purchasing.
Can I pick my sink up from your facility?
Yes, you may pick up your order from our facility. We only ask that you reach out ahead of time to ensure your ensure your items are ready.
How long until my sink ships?
You can find lead times on the individual product pages fro each item. if it is past the lead time and your item hasn't shipped yet please contact us.
My sink arrived damaged, what do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience this must be causing you, please send us an email with photos of the damage and your order number and we can make you a new sink.

How do I care for my sink?
Our sinks are sealed as part of the manufacturing process, and actually require very little upkeep. We use multiple layers of high-performance waterproof sealer, which penetrates the concrete and forms a protective layer over the product for maximum durability and minimum maintenance. For routine maintenance, your sink should be cleaned using a mild non-abrasive cleanser. Avoid any type of abrasive soap, cleansers, or scrubbing pads, as well as any type of acidic foods or beverages, perfumes or colognes, and other harsh chemicals/solvents that can wear down the sealer.
Can I use any plumbing fixtures with your sinks, or do I have to use yours?
All of our sinks are designed with standard drain hole measurements so you may use any fixtures you'd like. Our Bucket sinks can be made with any faucet measurements in mind as well, just send us a spec sheet of your faucet!
Do you make custom items?
We have a minimum quantity for custom orders, please contact us for more information.
Are your samples made from the same concrete your sinks are made from?
Yes! Our samples are intended to give you an indication of the color range of our products, please note that slight variations may occur throughout the colors of our products due to concretes’ natural characteristics, however we do our best to stay consistent. No two sinks will ever be the same due to this being a handmade product, making it a truly one of a kind piece.
What kind of paint is used on your sinks?
We only use a handful of natural pigments to color our products, which are mixed into our concrete formula creating a unique color all the way through the product.
Do all of your sinks have a console?
Not all of our sinks can be console mounted but we do have a few options to choose from. Check out our Console Collection to find the best fit for your space.
Do you offer a trade discount?

Do you ever have sales on your sinks?

Can your sinks be used outside?
Yes! Our sinks are made of durable concrete that can withstand outdoor conditions.
Can your products work for commercial projects too?
Absolutely! For any inquiries regarding commercial projects please fell free to contact us.
Do you have any ADA compliant sinks?
Yes! Our current ADA compliant options are the San Francisco ADA and out Newport sinks.
Can you make your sinks with an overflow?
At this time we do not offer an overflow option.
Where can I see your sinks in person?
You are always welcome to visit our facility during our business hours. however please reach out to schedule an appointment prior to your arrival. For a current list of show rooms feel free to contact us.
What is the lead time?
Our general lead time ranges from 3-10 weeks depending on the item. Lead times for each individual item can be found on the product pages under the Lead Time tab.
